Pro-Line Building Blog

Jim Vanderbeek

Jim started working for Pro-Line in the early 1990s and bought the company in 1992. Growing up, he never imagined that he would sell buildings, but he now has more than 50 years of experience in all phases of the building process. When Jim took over in 1992, fewer than 10 people worked for Pro-Line. He now oversees 50 employees. Jim and his wife have called New Sharon, Iowa, home since 1986. Jim has five children, 14 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren. Outside of the office, he enjoys car racing and golfing. One of his sons has competed in 1,500 races across the Midwest, and Jim has only missed five of them.
